So what's it all about any way, this life without a toilet thing????

Well you might think by the title that the "Life Without A Toilet" blog is all about some silly lady pooping in the woods...... Kind of, but not entirely.... Life without a toilet could be metaphorically speaking about living without something that most people consider normal, or something that some people think that they couldn't live without. Life without a toilet is about giving up everything that you think that you need in order to survive , ultimately to find out who you truly are inside. Finding out what drives you, what your strengths and weaknesses are. To find yourself by losing your self... Are you still with me here?? Do you get me?? Give up everything, start over, start from scratch...Live without a toilet, live without power, water, TV, Christmas..... Could you??? WOULD YOU????? What kind of person would you, no I should say COULD YOU become.... Where would you be without YOUR TOILET?????

Long Time Coming

I have not posted in a very long time, yet this blog is not forgotten. It is in the back of my mind awaiting the right moment in time and space for just the right thought to share with the world. I have been very busy with life. I have had many of thoughts and quotes pass through my mind that I could share, yet I find myself "to busy" to post anything......... The road of life twists and turns and no two directions are ever the same. Yet our lessons come from the journey, not the destination. ~Don Willams, Jr.

~Random Personal Info~

Since I am trying to post more, I thought I would share just a random personal tid~bit.
I LOVE glass. Glass jars, glass bottles, glass containers, colored glass, hand blown glass, I could list more but I think you get the idea. I have a very large collection of glass. I do not know why I just do. I got my husband in trouble at the recycling center for making him dig out glass bottles out of the BLUE glass bin. The guy made him put back what he had caught him with, I don't see why, they just take them to the land fill anyway.....
I can't seem to go anywhere with out dragging home some neat vintage glass bottle, jar, decanter, what have you. As a matter of fact I just brought home a set of vintage glass parfait cups TODAY!
So, if you love me, like me, or want to impress me, save the flowers, just bring me some glass!!:)

Random Blah~Blah

~At the end of the farmer's market season we like to stock up on storage foods. We do LOTS of trading. We are the ONLY business at our local farmer's markets that puts a HUGE amount of what we make there BACK INTO the market by supporting the other vendors. We truly pride ourselves on this.
I couldn't even tell you how many hundreds of pounds of squash we took home this season, but ask any one that knows us and they will tell you they saw a huge stash at my place when they came for winter get togethers. We stashed over 150 of potatoes, sadly I purchased our first store bought bag of potatoes at the end of December. The store bought are so disappointing. I figure next year we will have to store between 300-400 lbs of potatoes to make it through winter without having to purchase the sub- standard store bought bags of {over priced} organic potatoes.

I am beginning to feel a bit pressured to write something here. I really do not know where to begin....I have been very busy lately, and I think to myself I could post about this, or I could post about that, then I say oh I will do that later when I have a quiet moment to myself. By the time that quiet moment comes around I find myself fast asleep.... So no post.

Awkward Intro

In the past I blogged daily. Over the past 5 years my life has changed drastically. I just can not commit. I do not know what to say, or even where to start. If you where driving a car (this is a weird example), the distance between time and space(distance) would have the variable of speed. If you live your life at your own speed, the distance between time and space can become somewhat immeasurable.............
